We were struggling with staying organized and managing our scheduling, since we have started using the OnBoard Scheduler it has helped our shop as a whole to stay informed. We started out simple and used it primarily for scheduling estimate and repair appointments but quickly added more calendars such as DFR, Vacation, Employee Unavailable and ICAR. We added a larger monitor in our body shop so that the techs and repair planners can see what is coming in and what they have going through DFR to help them organize their day better. We have plans in the near future to add a monitor in the paint shop and continue to utilize the scheduler to help manage the flow of our APS processes. We look forward to the continued growth with OnBoard scheduler and how it will help our communication not only within our organization but our sublet vendors as well.
